We offer a spacious 4 bedroom property that sleeps 7, plus we can add a travel cot. Accommodation comprises of a king size bedroom with en-suite shower room, a large double bedroom and a single bedroom to the first floor. A twin bedroom and a family bathroom are on the ground floor. The lounge comfortably seats 8 around a coffee table with a large screen TV over the fireplace. The through kitchen is fully equipped and opens up into the dining area, which seats up to 8, and overlooks the fully enclosed back garden. The games room has a twin seater sofa and TV alongside table football and a mini pool table.

The back garden is laid to deck board, patio and chippings and has seating around a picnic bench and has additional seating on the deck area along the back wall. Storage in the shed consists of a rotary clothes line, some beach toys and recycling area, with space for bikes or surf boards. The front drive/ garden area has off road parking for up to 4 cars. The property is within a 10 minute walk to the beaches of Rest Bay, Pink Bay and Sker Beach. The town of Porthcawl is a 20 minute walk away. There is a village green opposite, with a pub serving food, a convenience store and Rest Bay Fish Bar.
